I'm not confident enough about writing,as I do not practice,it looks so hard. About the exam the time is the biggest challenge for me.I think the best way to improve my writing score is to practice more and more and to learn more vocabulary. And how to practice writing? I think writing about different topics is the key for improving .

I am a doctor , I would like to improve my English ,and get ready for the PLAP exam "Professional and Linguistic Assessments Board" so I can practice Medicine in UK.

My tips are: to stop everything when the night befor exam comes , during the night try to sleep well .
At the early morning befor exam try to relax .
It is not easy to do that but when you try you can do that.I see that
any more efforts in the last hours will not help.
And i think the key of success is :to trust your self -

I had some of this experience in the past ,after that I decided never to change the first answer .

I agree with Marina.
Exams makes me nervous although if Iam prepared for any exam I still be afraid of it .
However, I dont hate exams because it is the way to test myself and discover my weak points.
Of course, I had some bad experience, I failed in some , but every time I had failed I tried hard to find the reasons and then I did my best in the second... -
