  • The graphic results show that problems related to the use of mobile phone are more common among people I think that is because nowadays apps and phones have got much of our attention at the point of being a public mental health problem. On the other hand, problems referred to the study environment are less frequent among students doing this course.

  • The three steps for studying are very important. The information about the time blocks to study it is useful and I will put it into practise.

  • * The three said that they plan their study days, weeks or even the whole semester in advanced. Then they said how starts their day of study and for how many hours it lasts.

One thing that doesn't match, at least my reality, it is that the students from the video go to the campus of the university to study, however, many of us in our countries we continue...

  • I live near a park, there are many trees and a small zoo poorly managed. I understand that the ecosystem there, it´s helping to clean the polluted air from the city. Unfortunately, the park has been reduced because of the construction of a terminal bus station. The problem opened the discussion about the importance of the ecosystem services.

  • I prefer the annotated handout technique because I'm a slow hand-writer, so having the handout it is easier to annotate important information given by the professor.

  • I´m not enrolled in a course yet, but I have watched some lectures online, sometimes I have had to repeat it for a couple of times or watched it with subtitules and to write down the words I don't understand.

  • I have never kept a reflective journal, I find really interesting to have one. I'm looking forward to seeing more tips about developing critical writing skills.

  • I have had a lot of trouble with independent study, as I said in a comment before it is a matter of culture an habits from our early age. I get distracted easily that's why I have always needed someone close to supervise my work and I think I got used to it. I agree with the interlocutor who says that independent study is challenging.

  • Letting thins to the last minute it is a popular bad habit and in a way is part of some cultures, I think I'm sometimes part of it, however, I really want to learn how to manege well my time, specially independent study.

  • The UK education system varies with the one from my country, for example, in Peru, to obtain a bachelor degree you must study 5 years. Teaching methods are similar, but here professors do not pay much attention to develop independent study techniques in students.

  • I´ve already done my research on the master degree programmes I'm interested in. I´m quite concern about independent study, I hope I can find more information on the course.

  • There are two reasons why I would choose to study in UK: the top ranked universities in my discipline and the wide range of cultures that would allow me to broaden my mind.

  • I would like to study a master degree in geography and environment at Cambridge, London School Economics or University College London. For now I'm studying the muster profiles and completing the requirements to apply this year.

  • Hello everyone. I am from Peru. I am very exited with this because I have never done an e-learning course, so it will be quite a challenge to revise all the content and I hope I can do it well.
