I want to learn best practices in order to not abuse of this marketing tactic. Many business uses it indistinctly and it would be a mistake because the user trends to ignore or delete the non relevant information. If this is used in exces could be a fiction for the customer.

Organic searches offer the best result in most of the cases, but in some ocassions paid searches also bring good results even over organic ones. The recommendation would be look the paid and unpaid results for the search and identify the quality of the results. @GianlucaB

I have seen a lot of nice digital marketing campaigns. The key is maintain coherence between the audience and the value proposition of the companies. It means that the customer is reached in the best way to achieve his engagement and of course avoiding share non relevant content.

Even if the digital marketing could be invasive, the benefits are a lot in special for small business or new value propositions that needs to be know and reach the market. Digital marketing could be negative when the touches to the users been redundant or when the information is not relevant. Probably the best way to avoid this is to put the customer in the centre and forget this misconducts.
