Reading the two texts, i have found that the essay is more obvious than the first one. It covers all the elements of the essay including the introduction, the body paragraphs, and the conclusion. It is organized and writing in a clear language which made it more understandable for the readers.

Absolutely, I feel better equipped with different types of communication that can be used to address various kinds of people.

Face 2 face approach is beneficial in most cases. However, in some cases, like distance discussion or presentation, social media, like Zoom approach is preferable due to the essential features of effective communication that can be noticed will be used such as body language.
