The objective of this program is to learn how to approach project management and understand the essential concepts from theoretical and applied perspectives.

The program will help to prepare you to deliver strategic change and transformation through the management of projects in organisations. You will have the opportunity to develop an understanding of the stages, tools and techniques required for project initiation, planning, execution, control and termination.

You will be taught how to effectively plan and execute a project, while considering the wider business context in which the project operates.

Learning outcomes

On successful completion of this program, you should be able to:

  • Critically develop an in-depth understanding and conduct an evaluation of literature review methodologies

  • Identify a research topic area through critical analysis of the knowledge base including statistical methods in order to conduct a business and psychology focused literature review

  • Develop and design and critically write a literature review proposal

  • Synthesise the literature to develop an in-depth analysis and critique of published research studies.
