This program is part of the Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) degree offered by Coventry University

Use reflective practice for personal assessment and professional development

This program has been designed to provide flexible CPD opportunities for trainee teachers. Throughout the program you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your understanding of teaching and to engage in deep reflective practice.

You will be encouraged to develop a reflective and self-critical approach to teaching, and you will have the opportunity to reflect on your learning, provide evidence of progress and assess your future development needs. You will also have the chance to work with a school-based mentor to evaluate your practice further.
