Learn to unlock key logistics assets and build a working distribution network

This program focuses on the management of the various assets required to build and operate a global logistics system.

During the program, we will examine the characteristics of and issues surrounding a number of operating systems, including how to optimise modes of transport such as trains, aircraft, ships and road vehicles.

An evaluation of logistics, inventory and network concepts will be applied to manufacturing and retail businesses, and distribution networks will be examined to enable you to choose the most appropriate one.
