The first week of the course explored the value of Construction to society as a whole – the importance of health and safety, as well as the increasing inclusion and diversity within the industry. It examined entry level pathways into the industry as well as some of the key crafts and trades within it. The second week of the course focused on employer insights around opportunities for progression – from supervisory roles, to senior leadership, to running your own company.
