But how do organisations respond to and develop their capabilities to pursue those opportunities? This is the task of leaders who need to unpick the complexity of change, and use this knowledge to decide where and how to innovate. Hello, I’m Steve Jaynes, the course director for the Graduate Certificate of Entrepreneurship at Deakin University. Understanding the dynamic interplay of innovation and change draws on key tenets of our knowledge and application of strategy. We’ll explore key concepts and tools for analysis and decision making around change. We’ll also help you identify and define your leadership purpose.

Dr Colin Higgins is an Associate Professor in Management at Deakin University and also leads Deakin's Global Courses. He teaches strategy and researches how companies engage with sustainability

I am a Professor in Education Practice - Entrepreneurship and the Lead Educator for the this course. I have worked in higher education, in industry and I ran my own consultancy for around 15 years.

Prof Maas is the Director of the International Centre for Transformational Entrepreneurship at Coventry University. Has broad international business and academic experiences in various countries.

Cathryn Nolan has spent more than 30 years in commercial life - as a lawyer, entrepreneur, investor and creative thinker.
