You’ll be introduced to concepts and principles behind effective project management, especially how to plan for a successful project.

Project planning is an effective and efficient way of organising work. The aim is to fulfil the project goals, on time and on budget, and keeping important stakeholders satisfied. It might sound simple, but the uncertainty and often a complex project context makes project management a challenge.
This course explores how to plan for project success, as well how to define success criteria for your projects.

The course is designed to give you core knowledge around project planning and project management, and that means using your problem-solving skills to handle unexpected challenges.
Using case studies and examples from small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), you’ll build your confidence for tackling any issues that may come your way when managing projects at an SME.
