Shape modelling with Gaussian Processes and kernels

Let’s turn math into shapes! See what deformation fields result from creating Gaussian Processes with different kernels.

Here we will start by playing on the parameters of a Gaussian kernel and learn how to obtain models yielding smooth deformations. We then move on to crafting and combining kernels to obtain symmetrical and spatially localised deformation fields.
