Congratulations on completing Week 4! You are on your way to advocate for your condition and for genomics!

In this week, you have learnt more about how you can be involved in genomics and the wider healthcare space, helping to shape research, priority setting, data access, funding decisions and health literacy.

At the same time, you have learnt the conditions for successful advocacy and the constraints you might meet. Throughout we hope you have found the information and tips useful as you navigate through your advocacy journey, and gained nuggets of wisdom from the case studies we shared.

As we move to the final week, here are some questions for reflection to help you craft your advocacy plans.

Reflection

Will there be areas that you would like to be involved in to advance your advocacy? How can you access these opportunities? What do you need to put in place for yourself and your organization for effective advocacy?

All the best!
