- Visit the company’s website
- Download a copy of their annual report
- Search the annual report for the company’s financials statements and auditors report
Read the auditors report and answer the following questions
- What is the scope and objectives of the audit?
- What are the auditors responsibilities and what are the managements responsibility?
- How did the auditor perform the audit (audit procedures)?
- Does the auditors report have a Key Audit Matters section? If so what were the key audit matters arising from the audit engagement?
