End of Week Reflections

Thank you for joining us on week 1 of our Introduction to Food Science course and for all your interesting discussions.

Throughout the week we explored food macronutrients and micronutrients; food labelling; food composition tables; dietary related diseases; and functional foods.

Next week we will cover ethical and sustainability issues related to the food system and you will be invited to explore another range of interesting articles and discussions.
