True first aid stories

There’s nothing quite like a ‘real life’ story to make us realize the importance of first aid. Whilst researching this topic we came across this excellent resource which gives examples of ordinary people who have used first aid effectively in a variety of different settings. Have a browse through the stories and be prepared to be inspired. If you have any stories of your own then feel free to discuss them below – obviously making sure you keep all people involved anonymous.
