Case study on Mr Rahman part 2
Mr Rahman has some degree of breathlessness which goes away with rest, but he often remains afraid of impending severe breathlessness while working. He has smoked 10-15 cigarettes daily for 20 years. He has quit smoking many times, but resumed again within a few days.

Previously, he worked in a jute mill for 10 years. After that, he changed jobs frequently. He has been a salesman in a grocer shop, labourer in a sawmill, rickshaw puller, and a farmer. He suffered from pulmonary tuberculosis 10 years ago and was admitted to hospital for treatment.
