Nandini asthma review

After three months, Nandini attends the clinic for her asthma review. She was prescribed with an inhaled corticosteroid and short-acting bronchodilator. However, her condition has not improved, particularly at night. She is otherwise well. On general examination, you noted Nandini performs allergic salutes* and has a transverse nasal crease. Examination of the throat and lungs are normal.
