Week 1 begins with a step about our fear of death, then continues by introducing some important ways of thinking about our responses to loss, bereavement and death.

You will meet Sharna, a hospital social worker who will talk about her experiences of working during the pandemic. The later steps will include some short readings about how the pandemic has affected black and minority ethnic communities in particular, and how losses other than death have been triggered by the impact of the virus.
