As we bring this short course to a close, let’s reflect on what we have learned about e-commerce and digital business.

In this short course, we have learned how digital business and e-commerce has evolved. We identified how digitalisation led to the digital economy and influenced different sectors, such as entrepreneurship. We learned about the various classifications of e-commerce and discussed some of the key drivers of e-commerce and digital business and the benefits offered by them. We also looked at how contemporary issues such as Covid 19, social media and cybersecurity have influenced digital business and e-commerce.

Your task

At the beginning of this course we mentioned how consumer behaviours are shifting by the minute and what is popular today might not be acceptable or useful next month. How can businesses keep up with this challenge?
