In my opinion, effective feedback is a very important learning activity because it helps me to develop a critical perspective. And in the same time, it is a most important opportunity to support the learning and the sharing among learners. Effective feedback allows me to create a constructive dialogue and exchange ideas among peers, encourage self-reflection and self-regulation. Throughout the course, I appreciate feedback not only provided by the teacher, but also feedback among peers. This process really helps me become aware of my learning and understand how to improve and where to go next. I believe giving and receiving feedback is one of the most important and effective methods to improve.

In fact, feedback empowers me by allowing me to take ownership of my own learning. In this way, I feel like it’s all in my hands and it becomes my responsibility to make it work. Receiving good feedbacks helps me understand how important it is to give feedback to others. A stated by some researchers, to be lifelong learners, we should be lifelong assessors and therefore prepared to provide feedback and to face different perspectives. The more we use and introduce feedback in our learning process, the less we fill it as a threat. In this way, we can become aware of our own and others’ learning process and reflect on it.
