In this activity, we’re going to think about digital rights. In the next step, we’re going to watch a video about digital rights. But let’s start by thinking a little bit about this concept and what it means. In the world today, the internet is a primary source of information, communication, and entertainment. It’s the place where we come together to learn, exchange ideas, buy and sell, and even start revolutions and incite social change. So, what do we mean by the phrase digital rights? Well, for example, should access to the internet be a human right? Should we be able to say whatever we want when we are online? Is there any information which should be restricted?
