The strategy is the pathway through the external environment that considers the challenges created by competitive and market forces.

The factors influencing the external often are uncontrollable and need to be placating by using creative controllable internal factors to overcome them.

Strategy is often suggested to be the set of actions that managers take to outperform the company’s competitors and achieve superior profitability, with focus on building customer satisfaction. It is suggested there are two main reasons that strategy should be a top priority for firms.
