Welcome to the final week of “Fungal Diagnostics in Critically Ill Patients”. Last week we discussed how diagnostics can drive treatment choices, the different fungal diagnostic approaches, and the importance of understanding risk factors in immunocompromised patients.
This week we will consolidate the learning from the last 2 weeks through a series of case studies. We will examine case studies in a range of settings, including Haematology-Oncology and the Intensive Care Unit. There will be opportunities to discuss each case study with your fellow learners.
