Chinese characters

Today we will learn three new strokes and three new Chinese characters.

Three new strokes:

The first one is horizontal-turning, which in Chinese is called 横折 héngzhé.

The next new stroke is vertical-turning, which in Chinese is called 竖折 shùzhé.

The last stroke we will learn today is vertical hook, which in Chinese is called 竖钩 shùgōu.

Three new Chinese characters:

口 kǒu mouth

山 shān mountain

小 xiǎo small
