Sometimes we’ve had some people on our team will say, hey I wanna start a new company. And they do that right within the context of Menmo. So we’ll let them explore different avenues so that they make sure that they’re staying in contact with what really makes their heart sing. And quite frankly if there’s a point in time where that person decides, I think I’ve pretty much exceeded my ability to grow here at Menmo, we will literally help them find something else in the community. Not as, oh yeah we’ll help you find something else.
No, we’ll reach out into our personal networks. We’ll embrace them on the leaving, and if they ever choose to come back, we embrace them when they come back.
