What to look forward too in Week 2.
Next week we will introduce you to some of the basic tools and how respect for people is absolute at the heart of sustainable continuous improvement.
In week 2, we will be looking at how respect and encouragement of our people helps create ideas and understand area’s where improvements can be made and problems can be solved. You will understand the meaning of 5s and how an organised workplace enhances the efficiency of your processes and allows us to recognise typical wastes found in most organisations.
