This course will take you through a series of concepts to answer important questions.

First, does everyone learn in the same way? This course will lead you to answer this question.

Second, how does a person learn? In this course, you will learn about four major theories of how the brain learns: the theories of Piaget and Vygotsky, the Information Processing Theory by Atkinson & Shiffrin and the Neurocognitive Perspective of learning.

Third, the different generations of learners – the X, Y, Z generations are well known. There is now the Alpha Generation. Each generation has lived through different experiences in their lives and learn differently. How has the brain adapted to all these different learning experiences through the years?

Finally, the different learning experiences have been brought about by the ever-changing learning environments. This has given rise to various tools in education. How can these tools be utilised effectively in the classrooms? How will education look like in the fast-approaching future?

This course will open the minds of educators to how they can take learning to the next level.
