Approaches to leadership
On the surface, leadership seems to be a relatively simple concept but even though it’s been extensively researched, there is considerable confusion about it.
Some of the key questions to ask are, is leadership innate or can we develop leadership skills? Is leadership a set of traits, a set of skills, or a set of behaviours? In what ways does a situation or environment in which a leader finds themselves impact on leaders?
