Starting a call with Zoom

Prior to a consultation, ensure your patient has been provided with your personal meeting ID to “join a meeting”.

At the time allocated for your consultation, all you need to do is sign on and click “Start with video” and wait for your patient to join.

ALWAYS double check prior to any video consultations that you are starting the call with your Personal Meeting ID (see below)

To ensure you are using your Personal Meeting ID:

1) Select Meetings and select the “Always use PMI for instant meetings on this computer”

OR 2) Select the arrow next to “New Meeting” and select “Use my Personal Meeting ID”
