A learning community is a place where we explore and learn together with others. That means that you obtain the intended learning outcomes through cooperation and collaboration. You can also become a part of a network where you can communicate purposefully in a trusting environment, while developing interpersonal relationships.

You probably know the phrase “The more the merrier” and this is especially true for learning experiences. The exchanging of thoughts and ideas drives learning, and makes it more fun.

“Enjoy the journey as much as the destination” – Marshall Sylver

Marshall Sylver (born Marshall Walter Sylwestrzak) is a motivational speaker, author, and performance hypnotist. The point of the quote is that completing the course is an achievement, while devotion to the process is the key to learning.

You are the course. By commenting and engaging in discussions with other participants you will facilitate understanding and promote reflection.

You can leave comments, share your thoughts and engage in conversations on all steps as you work your way through the course. Move on to the next step to introduce yourself to your fellow learners.
