Video Settings
Do yourself a favor and go to your Zoom video settings. Open them at least 15 to 20 minutes before your meeting starts. Launch the Zoom app on your PC then click on the settings icon at the upper right hand corner.
Step 2: Click on the video tab located on the upper left indicated by the green camera icon.
On the right hand side you will see a checklist of boxes with preferences you can choose (You can also choose the skin tone color of a thumbs up). I recommend choosing the box that reads “ask me to confirm when I leave the meeting “and also “when closed minimize window to the notification area instead of the taskbar “
