What is a Resource Rich Network?
Lauren explains that a resource rich network is one that is not just your friends and the people you love spending time with, but people who you can give value to and who you can derive value from.
It is a relationship that allows you to constantly exchange value, ideas and support for one another. Within that relationship, you are a resource that you can tap into, and that others can tap into.
You can tap into those resources from within to create your own benefit for business, or you can share those insights with someone else, who might have a different perspective on an experience. Maybe you can save them time by sharing something that’s resource rich from your own experience with someone else in your network, so that they don’t have to learn a costly lesson. You might be able to help accelerate their chances of success by doing that.
