How to study on this course

Tips on how to study this course.
In this course, there are videos, readings and quizzes. The videos are intended to introduce ideas and concepts before the material is covered in more detail in the readings. The quizzes are intended to test whether you have understood the main concepts and to help you identify any topics that you may need to revisit. If you are unsure about the answer to a quiz question, return to the video and reading content and revisit the topic that you’re unsure of.

You should take your own notes as you work through the course content. An ideal way to do this is within the RStudio environment, where you can also experiment and practise the commands shared in the readings and exercises. There are readings containing R commands, which you are directed to try in your own copy of RStudio.

There are short graded quizes at the end of each week. You can have as many goes at the graded quiz as you wish and the pass mark is 80%. If you are having difficulty with the questions, review the readings and videos, and you’re welcome to discuss the quiz questions with other people taking the course. However, make sure that you understand everything in your quiz solutions before you submit them.
