Activity 3 overview

How do I calculate margin of error?
What statistical tools are most useful in R?
In this final activity of the course, you focus on practising your R skills, making simulations of random experiments. In the four tasks provided for the RStudio activity, you will produce the margin of error for each experiment and explore probability by choosing suitable statistical tools and by applying the corresponding code blocks in RStudio, as explained in the Week 3, Activity 1 video and each subsequent step.

You should expect to spend around two hours working on the RStudio activity. An integral part of completing the work is to share your experiences of simulated random experiments in RStudio. Make sure you don’t skip this opportunity to learn from your peers on the course.

You finish the week, and this short course, with a final graded multiple-choice quiz with six questions on data summaries, statistical inference and margins of error. You may repeat this quiz as many times as you wish to achieve the passing grade that contributes to your course certificate.
