Action plan: diverse work cultures

Create an action plan for how you can create a more diverse work culture
Now you’ve generated some ideas through discussion, let’s make a more detailed action plan for how you can implement your ideas in your own context.

We’d like you to consider the five points below to create an action plan for one thing you can do to help create a diverse work culture and increase the impact of diverse innovators within your context. This doesn’t need to be a detailed 5-year plan! It’s just a way to map out a concrete goal and think about how and when you can make it happen.


What is a clear goal you would like to achieve?


Who will you engage with and who will be impacted? What’s the best approach to achieve your goal? (Be specific)


When would you like to commence? What key dates or milestones can you map out?


Who will be responsible for or lead this work?


What would the end result look like? How will you measure success?
