Well done for completing week 3 of this course and the full Expert Track! This week we covered the role of transparency in supporting diverse innovation. You heard from Alex, Adiba and Nathan about why it matters when developing products and services, and made your own plan for practicing transparency.

We looked at what accountability means for individuals and organisations, and why it matters in terms of diverse innovation. You heard suggestions from Adiba and Nathan on how organisations can hold themselves accountable, explored the role of governance and made an accountability plan of your own.

We explored ways to amplify voices internally and externally, and you mapped out stakeholder that can support you in this work. Finally, you brought all the things you have learned together in a peer review activity, which hopefully gave you a chance to consolidate everything and get some useful feedback.

To wrap up this Expert Track, we’d love to hear one thing that you will do differently as a result of this course. Of course, you’re welcome to share and feedback on any other final reflections.
