Last week we gained an introduction into Individual Placement and Support (IPS). We covered what it is, why work is important and how this links to the recovery agenda. We also looked at the evidence for IPS and how this links with the NHS LTP and wider treatment plans as well as other health conditions.

This week, we will look closer at the role of the clinical team in IPS. You will learn about the role the wider clinical team can play in supporting individuals to secure and sustain work as well as tips and techniques to overcome common barriers.
