You have learnt about being transparent and not misrepresenting sustainability credentials or an organisation could risk being exposed as greenwashing its products and services.

Finally, you have learnt that the process of change toward sustainability is not easy, but the overall benefits for the organisation, its stakeholders and for the future of people and the planet make it worthwhile.
