This week you have learnt about the importance of leadership in inspiring people to be motivated and support the organisational goals of sustainability.

You have learnt the importance of working with suppliers, and that a crucial step in the sustainability journey is to use open and effective communication to convey your expectations. You have learnt about being transparent and not misrepresenting sustainability credentials or an organisation could risk being exposed as greenwashing its products and services.

Finally, you have learnt that the process of change toward sustainability is not easy, but the overall benefits for the organisation, its stakeholders and for the future of people and the planet make it worthwhile.
