We will also discuss a variety of training methods, along with their associated advantages and disadvantages.

Finally, we will explore the application of sound psychological principles to training, such as imitation, guidance, feedback and reinforcement.

What are your current thoughts on the big question? Have your views changed now that you have completed week 1? If so, how? Share these with your peers.
