3D Model of the Eye

How do we move our eyes about? These are among the fastest acting muscles in the body. The Human Eye 3D animation by Intervoke, hosted here on Sketchfab is a great resource to explore the eyes. Be sure to find and think about the trochlea, a clever solution to getting a lot of motion in a small space. Have you ever heard someone say “Ouch! I sprained my eye!”? We say it all the time. It’s not a real sprain, like an ankle, but it could be a muscle strain from too extreme a motion.
