    Surveillance in some sectors though doesn't work as politicians and leaders normally dictate on what to be done rather considering the public outcry.

    In combating locust attack in January 2020 in Uganda , the government, industry(NGOs) and community worked together and was effective in eradicating locust in Uganda.

    At least the lockdown in Uganda due to Covid 19 has worked for our country as we have registered less positive cases since the outbreak in march (724)

    1. Limited resource inform of capital to the public to put in research.
