People say drink soup made of mutton or goats' leg - It is myth == again more sexual contacts lead to knee joints -- this is also myth -- drinking water by standing may cause knee joints -- myth in my opinion

walking even at home and climbing satire cases can keep our muscles, bone ligaments and tendon strong whatever our age may be ---

Most of the house wife suffer as they are most of the time sitting or sleeping mode -- During sexual intercourse men are always putting there weight on women's knees -hips etc might be one myth --

The pain in between joint of hip knee and elbow- due to obesity - much of the time standing -- lifting heavy things or products -- and lose of synovial fluids--were and tear of muscles , ligaments and tendon -- old history of fall -- hereditary may be reason for osteoarthritis--------------------

Osteoarthritis -- It is pain due to leaking of synovial fluid present in our knees , elbow and hip -where joints are present and rubbing of cartilage and after that bone causes pain and over weight is one major factor beside genetics , injury and calcium deficiency etc ---
