I have gaps in my knowledge of UCAS system, Visa processing and Russell Group Universities entry requirements.What I do to fill those gaps is browsing Gov.UK website and asking help to the universities . I let them/institutions know I need help.

As a counsellor, it is important to know what the entry requirements of the specific courses, the intakes, scholarship information, visa information in general.
