I think communication with patient family members is too hard, because they want to konw about their patient and how they are doing. And communication with their family is also a risk of infection and we should avid it , but it also put stress on patient, nurses and family members too.

A patient not only needs the medicines to treat them but we should supprt them mentally too.
We should make sure ourselves that our patients do not have any problem to create stress and anxiety which make their situation worse.
We will have good treatment when we make a good contact with patients and inform them that what happens to them.
