according to me if this people knew the regulation, Labour inspectors should stop the job and show them the correct way they must do it because in safety we must not only stop the job when we don't bring solution, some kind of job are done in unsafe condition because pressure, lack of tools... they must not punish them rather they must show the correct way to...

at this step this paint factory has got alot of chemcal and without it they will have not a good production so to me the contrrol that must be taken is the PPE because we can change product wich he is using and not to tell him reduce percent of product as it was disigned.
