Loved the clear vision of gobernance yet the scope of leadership.
Taking words used in introduction, top to bottom , governance levels to informal leadership of front lines are required to be involved, prepared , be rol models and show consistency in order to best ethical practices for inclusion be succesful. -

Yo diría que la incorporación activa de públicos externos , entiéndase otros actores de la sociedad que rodea el museo. No solo los visitantes , también grupos particulares, minorías , comunidad.

Quinta Museo Casa de Bolivar en Bogota. A ellos les debo haberme acercado al quehacer de Museos y enseñarme no solo otra cara de un Museo, sino otra cara de la historia, de Bolívar. Para mi fue una experiencia de vida.

Si me pudiera poner de pie a aplaudir lo haría. El tema de la soledad y el aislamiento no tiene nacionalidad y como tema de salud publica enlazado con el quehacer de los museos me ha dejado emocionada. Otro museo que seguiré de cerca, y más temas que abordar maravillosamente desde el museo.

La idea de la naturaleza social del espacio, me remite a apertura, libre, igualdad. Un espacio social es lo opuesto a exclusivo , elitesco.

Excelente material que nos da criterios orientados a la acción, prácticos.
“Espacios que abren un sentido de cuidado hacia lo colectivo” particularmente este me gusto mucho, siento que bajo ese sentido de cuidado hacia lo colectivo entran muchos tipos de iniciativas, por tanto prolífico. -
De los mejores aportes , es ver a los participantes en una autorevision . Ya por allí crecen las posibilidades de mejora de la gestión , sobre todo de aquellos que están en la práctica y en contacto activo a diario. Felicitaciones!!

Ser político en una organización En primer lugar entender la responsabilidad e impacto de su rol , segundo que se debe a esa sociedad para la que trabaja. Y como hemos visto que busca mejorar el hoy para tener un mejor futuro.

¿Qué significa para tí desafiar un problema social por medio de la cultura?
Desafiar para mi empieza por cuestionar y Raymond Williams nos deja una pregunta para iniciar ese cuestionamiento: ¿ Cuáles son los fantasmas que hay detrás, que soportan las prácticas sociales?

Last year had the opportunity to participate in a program called Acercamiento al quehacer de los museos. ( kind of Getting to know Museum areas) in Bogota at Quinta de Bolivar - a House Museum. There as part of mediation activities we were blindfolded to walk around as a way to sensibilize to blind publics and to evaluate the place. As a new to Museum ...

Definitely, previously I refered inclusion as an aspect that is growing faster in big cities, this could be placed for example under public policies and institutions. I do think as you that culture is important And see Museums as great supporters of this. Also the reason why Museum every more are more are changing their ways to mediate with all kind of publics, minorities. But definitely there is lot of room for improvement and better práctices and innovation.

Living out of your original country is One of those situations that teach you diferent understanding of words like exclusion, belonging and participate. As a migrant I now know that belonging and participating can take different times, effort ...and roads not expected. Excellent video with great take away:
1) when possible choose interviewee who can enjoy to speak and interaction.
2) listen, listen, listen people know when there is real interest and respect.
3) sound effects can give the touch, add so much to the audio, enlight it, so plan carefully.
4) extremely good: audio is not the best way for numbers, data. I agree... -
