You have 60 minutes and two parts. In the first part you have 20 minutes and the task is to write a letter asking for information or explaining something and you have to write at least 150 words.
In the second part you have 40 minutes and the task is to write an essay and explain the advantages and disadvantages about the topic you are writing. At least 150 words -
I think that the difficulty depends on the topic you have to write to, if you are more confident it s easy to try things to write even if my problem is to use the same structures and I would like to improve my writing grammar.

I agree with Anastasia, it's important for me too to stay concentrate when someone is speaking and I memorized my favourite phrase :"Could you repeat that, please?" ;)
At the beginning it's difficult but time after time I m getting more confident, but it depends on the accent too and the location -

I feel less relaxed when I speak with native speakers, I need some minutes to take confidence but then I try to speak even if I make a lot of mistakes, mainly I need to improve my lexical and fluency too.

When I have exams I prefer to stay alone, studying a few hours in the morning, having a coffee break or a chat with friends, then going on in the afternoon and listening to music or walking and try to sleep at night!!

I agree with all the speakers in the video. Doing exams make you feel nervous and you can't sleep at night, but it s even a challenge to check your skills. I had a bad experience with my driving test many years ago, the first time I did it I failed and I was so sad, but I did it the second time and now I m a good driver!!(I think.....

They have to find a new solution and a new event,. In my opinion maybe it would be great to organise a long happy hour with live music maybe jazz or something quite relaxing..they could speak each other and if it s raining there will be an indoor local. -

Yes I can remember when my colleague and I had to book a flight for our director, but in my opinion the best idea was to book a hotel too and come back next day but for her no, because was only a quickly appointment with a customer. Finally we send an e-mail to our director with all our prices and the two options and he decided to choose my idea to come back...

I joined a two days safety course when I started my job to know every risk due to the job you are doing even if you are an employee or not. I also had a simulation of fire to know where to go and what to do in case of Emergency. Every year there is also a doctor coming into the company to check the general health of the person.

In my opinion rules are really important, mainly when you work in a big company.
Maybe snacks could be allowed in the word area but ok not all people are polite and it s better to have rules. (All people is correct or better all the people?) -
Office ID: You must have your office ID with you at all times.

Yes, he told that he is a creative person, that he s able to solve problems and to stay calm and friendly too even in stressful situations. The day before I had a look at the company's website to know something more about it. Then I try to repeat some answer by myself. The day of the interview I get up early, have a good breakfast, wear my best outfit, take a breathe (is it right?) and go!

When you are working it s normal to have misunderstanding with your colleagues, the best way I think is to talk a lot and try to find a balance. Not Always it' s easy it depends on the person you are speaking with. But try to be calm and explain your point of view and be sincere. If the person doesn't want to understand it's not your business and go on.

I have had a lot interviews and also in english too!!I was nervous but tried to be positive and look at in the eye the interviewer sometimes smiling and I also had a look at the company's site before going there. It' s important to be prepared and be yourself with smart.
