For the professions as a whole, the development of leadership skills at all stages will help us to achieve the Vet Futures and the VM Futures vision for 2030. The development of everyday leadership skills is also an important part of every veterinary professional's CPD so to encourage and support this the RCVS is launching the Edward Jenner Veterinary Leadership Program.
