Meet the team

Food and Our Future: Sustainable Food Systems in Southeast Asia features both global and Asia regional experts on food systems, global sustainability science, nutrition, natural resource management, agriculture, policy processes, livelihoods and development.

Lead educator

The course is led by Stockholm Environment Institute (SEI) researcher Matthew Fielding. Matthew is based at the SEI Asia Centre in Bangkok, Thailand, and works on a number of natural resources and agriculture research and capacity building projects in the region. Be sure to follow him on this course!


The mentors for this course will be SEI researchers Darin Wahl, Michael Boyland and Karlee Johnson, also based in Bangkok.
