Introducción a la gestión de la hospitalidad y al fascinante mundo del turismo.
Este programa se compone de cuatro cursos, con una duración de cuatro semanas cada uno, que te introducirán al mundo de la hospitalidad y la gestión del turismo.
- Introducción a la Hotelería y el Turismo: abordaremos los conceptos de turismo y hospitalidad y su relevancia en la economía, la cultura y el medioambiente a nivel mundial. Aprenderás la importancia de incorporar buenas prácticas en turismo y hospitalidad, respetando la diversidad cultural, el medioambiente, el patrimonio material e inmaterial, y así generar un turismo conciente y sustentable.
- Management de Eventos: nos adentraremos en este dinámico y variado mundo para tener en cuenta cuáles son los ítems que no debemos pasar por alto cuando nos enfrentamos a su planificación. Comprenderemos las necesidades indispensables según sean eventos sociales, empresariales, culturales. Además, aprenderemos sobre la coordinación con los distintos proveedores, a armar el presupuesto y sobre las acciones de comunicación / publicidad necesaria.
- Gestión de Ingresos: aprenderemos nuevas tendencias en segmentación de mercados, teniendo en cuenta, además, los distintos acuerdos que pueden establecerse con la competencia para alcanzar estrategias de precios y la formación de un set competitivo. Además, podremos realizar Forecasting o proyecciones de demanda para diferentes segmentos de clientes.
- Gestión del Capital Humano en la Industria de la Hospitalidad: visualizaremos la importancia del capital humano relacionado con la hospitalidad. Consideraremos y apreciaremos los puestos de trabajo, dado que las personas son un elemento clave en la gestión de las empresas hoteleras turísticas. También abordaremos la importancia de la capacitación y la planificación, así como el proceso de selección y el reclutamiento del personal para un servicio de calidad, analizando y valorizando el capital humano no solo como una herramienta para la gestión sino como un elemento diferenciador en la industria de la hospitalidad.
